How many winners are there?

This will vary from contest to contest, but at least one winner will be awarded in each contest.

How many apps may I enter?

As many apps as you would like … so start coding!

Do I have to register each time I submit an Application?

No, you may use the same ChallengePost account for all submissions.

Who are the Judges for this contest?

The judges are various members of the Appcelerator team, including members of the Engineering, Products, Developer Relations and Executive teams.

How will entries be judged?

At the end of the entry period, all eligible Entries will be judged by application category based on the following equally weighted criteria:

Depth of Integration with Appcelerator: Does the application take advantage of the unique functionality offered by the Titanium platform? Does the app demonstrate an understanding of the features Titanium offers?

Viability: Does the app target a viable market? Do clear revenue models emerge? Does the app solve a clear problem?

Originality of Concept: Is the application unique and innovative? Does it bring new functionality to mobile devices?

Execution/traction: Is the app fully functional? How well does the design/UI work? Does the app have users? Social media presence? Press mentions?

What are the prizes by category?

Applications must be developed on the Appcelerator Titanium Platform. Titanium may be downloaded for free at www.appcelerator.com

Do I still own the rights to my application?

Yes, the application and code that you create is your property. If you need more information, please refer to the Official Rules.
